Responsibility
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to design and implement solutions.
- Conduct system analysis, data modeling, and process optimization.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to align teams on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
- Provide training and support to end-users during system rollouts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or business intelligence systems is a plus.
