Responsibility
- Provide specialized technical advice on ICT and development-related projects under the PALMSS 2 framework.
- Conduct rapid assessments, research, and analysis to inform program strategies and decision-making.
- Develop high-quality reports, briefs, and recommendations for Australian Government stakeholders and local partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative, scalable solutions for development challenges.
- Support capacity-building initiatives for local institutions and communities through mentorship and training.
- Participate in workshops, webinars, and stakeholder consultations to share expertise and gather insights.
- Ensure all deliverables meet international standards for quality, timeliness, and relevance.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in ICT and development to provide cutting-edge advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT, development consulting, or a related field, with a focus on Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact advisory services for international donors, governments, or NGOs.
- Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Experience working on Australian Government-funded programs (e.g., DFAT) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with fluency in English (additional regional languages a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, remote settings.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in ICT, Development Studies, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, e-governance, or data-driven development initiatives is an advantage.
