Responsibility
- Manage and maintain Simpro software to support daily operations and workflow automation.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, stock management, and logistics coordination.
- Handle sales inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
