Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of financial service professionals to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
- Develop and execute effective Plan Journey Package (PJP) strategies for client engagement.
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to refine financial service offerings.

Qualifications
