Responsibility
- Conduct collections activities for overdue accounts (1-60 days) for motorcycles and cars.
- Contact and negotiate with customers to arrange repayment plans or asset recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all collection efforts.
- Provide regular reports on collection progress and outstanding accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and facilitate smooth recovery processes.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts through calls, emails, and field visits as necessary.
- Uphold professionalism and empathy while handling sensitive financial discussions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in collections, customer service, or financial services.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collection management software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for field collections as required.
- High ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential financial information.
