Responsibility
- Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, and Humanities.
- Support classroom management by fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with mentors to develop and adapt lesson plans that align with the schoolâs curriculum and educational standards.
- Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students who need additional academic assistance.
- Participate in professional development workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to enhance teaching skills and pedagogical knowledge.
- Assist in organizing and supervising extracurricular activities, school events, and student programs.
- Contribute to the schoolâs community by engaging with parents, staff, and students to promote a culture of learning and growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior as required by the schoolâs policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field (current students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong passion for teaching and working with children or young adults.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to diverse cultural settings.
- Basic understanding of teaching methodologies, classroom management, and student engagement strategies.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced educational environment.
- Cultural sensitivity and openness to living and working in an international community.
- Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or volunteering with children is advantageous but not required.
