Responsibility
- Assist licensed TCM practitioners during treatments, including acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, and herbal therapy sessions.
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to guests, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their therapeutic journey.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and materials, maintaining a clean, organized, and serene environment.
- Educate guests on post-treatment care, lifestyle recommendations, and self-care practices to enhance their wellness outcomes.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to guests' needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including treatment notes and progress updates.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Traditional Chinese Medicine and holistic wellness practices.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, fostering a sense of trust and relaxation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a wellness retreat or holistic healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of TCM principles, techniques, and therapies, including acupuncture, cupping, and herbal remedies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor, with a genuine passion for holistic health and wellness.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and independence.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a plus.
- Certification in first aid or CPR is highly desirable.
