Responsibility
- Lead and perform premium head spa treatments, ensuring the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and train junior spa therapists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and customize treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, using advanced techniques and premium products.
- Maintain meticulous records of client preferences, treatment histories, and feedback to enhance personalized experiences.
- Collaborate with the spa management team to refine service offerings and introduce innovative wellness programs.
- Ensure all spa facilities, equipment, and treatment rooms are maintained to the highest hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Spa Therapist, with at least 1 year in a senior or leadership role.
- Certification in spa therapy, massage techniques, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven expertise in head spa treatments, aromatherapy, and holistic wellness practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
