Responsibility
- Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns in compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all tax-related documentation is organized and accessible.
- Conduct regular tax audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Provide expert advice on tax planning and strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize savings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and legal, to ensure alignment on tax-related matters.
- Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and communicate relevant updates to management.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities as they relate to tax obligations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
