Responsibility
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
- Assist in payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.
- Manage employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is complete, confidential, and compliant with labor laws.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Provide support in resolving employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax compliance and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and HR management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
