Responsibility
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general accounting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor tax law changes and update procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Provide support during financial audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
