Responsibility
- Monitor and report daily Cash on Hand for assigned Hubs/Teams.
- Reconcile cash transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in audits and financial reviews as required.
- Provide support for cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cash management, accounting, or financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
