Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including timely filing of VAT, income tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve financial efficiency.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing auditor queries.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards to ensure company compliance.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, tax compliance, or financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations (e.g., PPH, VAT, and corporate tax).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., Brevet A/B) or tax (e.g., Brevet C) is a plus.
