Responsibility
- Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Handle refunds, journal entries, and adjustments in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance-related processes and projects.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
