Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all system-related concerns and incidents.
- Manage the end-to-end escalation process with third-party system providers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor system performance and reliability, reporting discrepancies to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify recurring technical bottlenecks and propose long-term solutions.
- Facilitate user training sessions and documentation to ensure optimal system adoption across the organization.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of system tickets, resolution times, and provider performance metrics.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates, patches, and feature rollouts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in system administration, helpdesk management, or IT operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on concern escalation management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Proficiency in CRM, ERP, or automotive industry-specific software is a significant advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Central Visayas.
