Responsibility
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Manage project scope and address changes proactively to ensure stakeholder alignment and project continuity.
- Identify, document, and resolve conflicts or issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between technical development teams and business stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough system analysis to identify improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor and manage project deliverables to ensure they remain within scope and meet quality standards.
- Lead meetings and workshops to gather requirements and present solution designs to various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a System Analyst or Business Analyst role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process mapping, and documentation tools.
- Experience in managing project scope, change requests, and identifying potential project risks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
