Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems by implementing and monitoring security measures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to plan and execute IT projects and upgrades.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
- Experience with network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, CompTIA) are a plus.
