Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain sustainability reporting frameworks in alignment with global standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Collect, analyze, and interpret ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) data from various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and publish annual CSR and sustainability reports, including stakeholder communications and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability goals.
- Monitor regulatory and industry trends to ensure compliance with emerging CSR and ESG reporting requirements.
- Support the development of sustainability strategies and initiatives to reduce environmental footprint and enhance social impact.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including NGOs, investors, and certification bodies, to promote transparency and trust.
- Utilize data visualization tools to create compelling reports and presentations for leadership and external audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability reporting, or ESG frameworks.
- Proficiency in GRI, SASB, UN SDGs, or other international sustainability standards.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, with experience in ESG software or reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce Sustainability Cloud, Workiva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear and engaging reports.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation or with global sustainability initiatives is preferred.
- Familiarity with carbon footprint calculations, LCA (Life Cycle Assessment), or circular economy principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid or remote setting.
