Responsibility
- Assist in the development and execution of ESG programs, including sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, and compliance initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis on ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform program strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement community development and environmental conservation projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of ESG initiatives, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the creation of ESG-related content, including sustainability reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote ESG awareness and adoption across the organization.
- Collaborate with local NGOs, government agencies, and businesses to build strategic partnerships for ESG projects.
- Track and document ESG metrics, ensuring alignment with global standards such as GRI, SASB, or UN SDGs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainability principles, and global reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, research, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability, social impact, and ethical business practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
