Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain disruptions and mitigate risks.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight forwarders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, and distribution.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, GDP, and quality standards.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
