Based in the vibrant locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to boost revenue. Your leadership will directly contribute to the success of our outlets, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets while upholding DKSH’s commitment to quality and service excellence.
Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze daily and monthly sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Assist the executive team in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Supervise outlet staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, operational efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly to maintain a positive brand image.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and retail regulations across all outlets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating staff.
- Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Familiarity with the retail landscape in Bali or similar tourist-driven markets is a plus.
