Responsibility
- Lead and supervise IT audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement IT audit plans, including risk assessments and control evaluations.
- Identify and assess IT risks, vulnerabilities, and control deficiencies, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure IT systems and processes align with business objectives and industry standards.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on emerging IT risks, trends, and best practices to enhance the audit process.
- Mentor and train junior audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Auditor, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001).
- Experience with audit tools and techniques, including data analytics and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
