Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day assembly operations to ensure production schedules are met with high efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor assembly staff to maintain high performance and employee morale.
- Enforce strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across the production floor.
- Monitor production quality metrics and implement corrective actions to minimize defects.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Prepare regular production performance reports for upper management.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize assembly flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or Assembly Lead, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of assembly line processes and production management software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts within a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical or operational issues.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; technical English is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts and maintain a hands-on presence on the factory floor.
