Responsibility
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage tax compliance, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other regulatory filings.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve accounting issues efficiently.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
