Responsibility
- Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring smooth workflows and optimal resource allocation for creative projects.
- Manage studio schedules, bookings, and logistics to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external vendors, fostering strong relationships.
- Coordinate with creative teams (designers, artists, producers) to align project requirements with studio capabilities.
- Monitor studio budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources without compromising quality.
- Implement and maintain studio policies, health and safety protocols, and best practices for a productive work environment.
- Lead team meetings, provide operational updates, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance studio performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in studio management, creative operations, or production coordination, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or design agency.
- Proven track record of managing studio logistics, budgets, and resources in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience working with creative teams (designers, artists, producers) and understanding their workflows.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a studio environment is a plus.
