Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic operational frameworks to enhance the efficiency and scalability of APAC Marketing initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Finance) to align marketing strategies with business objectives and regional priorities.
- Lead data analysis and performance tracking to identify trends, measure ROI, and drive continuous improvement in marketing operations.
- Optimize resource allocation, budgeting, and workflow processes to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Design and execute change management initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and agility within the marketing organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on market and competitive analysis.
- Oversee vendor and partner relationships to ensure high-quality delivery of marketing programs and services.
- Drive regional expansion strategies, including market entry planning, localization, and compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting, with a focus on marketing, technology, or digital industries.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale operational improvements and driving measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio) and Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience influencing senior leaders.
- Deep understanding of APAC markets, including cultural nuances, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscapes.
- Experience with agile methodologies and process optimization frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Fluency in English; additional APAC languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Indonesian) are a plus.
