Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end process transformation projects, from diagnosis to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows, systems, and procedures, and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to design and deploy Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of process changes using KPIs, metrics, and performance dashboards.
- Facilitate training and change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes across teams.
- Prepare and present reports, business cases, and progress updates to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in healthcare process optimization and propose innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies in all transformation efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or operational excellence, preferably in healthcare.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), PMP, or Agile is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes in efficiency, cost savings, or quality improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and process mapping software.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and quality frameworks is a plus.
