Responsibility
- Lead and execute strategic warehouse operations projects to improve throughput and operational efficiency.
- Analyze end-to-end operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including logistics, tech, and regional teams, to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor warehouse performance KPIs and translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Manage end-to-end project life cycles, from initial scoping and resource allocation to implementation and post-launch review.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to warehouse safety standards and company operational policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing e-commerce environment.
