Responsibility
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with company growth strategies and market expansion goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, including vendors, clients, and industry leaders.
- Negotiation & Agreements: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that drive value for both parties.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities in Bali’s business environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate partnership strategies into broader business initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the success of partnerships, using KPIs to measure impact and ROI.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Innovation & Growth: Propose and implement creative partnership models to diversify revenue streams and accelerate business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in partnership development, business development, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts, resolve conflicts, and secure favorable terms for partnerships.
- Networking Expertise: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven partnership strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the business landscape in Bali or Southeast Asia is a plus.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, contract-based role with the ability to pivot strategies as needed.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a bonus.
