Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and expand market penetration for medical devices in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal utilization of medical devices.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and market insights to senior management.
  • Represent Variance Trading Corporation at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and networking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of medical devices, healthcare regulations, and market dynamics in Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as needed.
