Responsibility
- Lead and supervise store staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor and maintain store standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct regular stock checks, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interactions.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, sales techniques, and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
