You will lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced airport environment, managing day-to-day operations, optimizing sales performance, and maintaining the highest standards of retail excellence. Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail operations to ensure seamless store functionality and workflow efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver world-class customer service.
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to drive revenue and meet KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, quality control, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Prepare accurate daily and monthly sales reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in premium retail or high-end cafe operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and improve operational metrics.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, specifically within an airport setting.
- A deep appreciation for premium service standards and the coffee culture.
