Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
- Lead, train, and mentor store staff to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications
- Minimum High School/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Store Manager.
- Strong background in Sales and Customer Service environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and basic retail management software.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
