Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure product freshness and display standards are maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local retail laws.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food or consumer products sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences in Bali is a plus.
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
