Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Drive restaurant profitability by achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and managing costs.
- Supervise, train, and mentor floor and kitchen staff to maintain high operational standards.
- Monitor and enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering and waste control measures.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management, including sales analysis and staffing updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing P&L, inventory, and achieving sales growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
