Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Drive restaurant profitability by achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and managing costs.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor floor and kitchen staff to maintain high operational standards.
  • Monitor and enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering and waste control measures.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management, including sales analysis and staffing updates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
