Responsibility
- Lead and manage all store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, analyzing trends, and implementing strategies.
- Ensure a premium customer experience by training staff and maintaining high service standards.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated retail team to achieve business goals.
- Monitor store KPIs and report on performance metrics to regional management.
- Maintain store compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail, preferably in electronics or consumer tech.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising best practices.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with Xiaomi products or a passion for technology is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
