Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end store operations, including inventory management, stock integrity, and loss prevention.
- Lead, coach, and mentor store staff to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with company brand values.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards to ensure the store aesthetic matches regional and corporate guidelines.
- Manage staff scheduling and performance reviews to maintain optimal productivity and high morale.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion, sports, or lifestyle retail.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent understanding of retail KPIs, including conversion rates, UPT, and average transaction value.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to travel frequently across the Central Java and DIY regions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
