Responsibility
- Manage the daily receipt, inspection, and storage of aircraft parts and technical materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using aviation-standard ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all materials are handled in strict compliance with safety protocols and aviation regulations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stocktakes to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to fulfill urgent spare part requests.
- Monitor shelf-life sensitive materials and ensure proper rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment suitable for sensitive aviation components.
- Prepare daily reports regarding stock levels, discrepancies, and material movements.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Controller, or Warehouse Staff, preferably in aviation, automotive, or heavy equipment industries.
- Familiarity with aviation quality standards and safety procedures is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and inventory software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to identify part numbers accurately.
- Physical capability to handle warehouse equipment and maneuver within storage areas.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight operational deadlines.
- Discipline, integrity, and a proactive approach to workplace safety.
