Responsibility
- Accurately input and update store inventory data into digital systems.
- Assist in maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems for store records.
- Process and verify purchase orders, receipts, and other transactional documents.
- Support the store team with daily administrative tasks, including reporting and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and alert management to low inventory or discrepancies.
- Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer service.
- Adhere to company policies and data confidentiality standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical and textual data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of retail or inventory management systems is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration are advantageous.
