Responsibility
- Operate and maintain stenciling equipment to ensure high-quality output.
- Prepare and set up stencils according to project specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist in training new employees on stenciling processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in stenciling or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
