Responsibility
- Architect, design, and implement high-performance software systems that align with global engineering standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and senior software developers to foster an environment of growth.
- Drive the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality and system reliability through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt, implementing scalable solutions for long-term system stability.
- Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development for software product evolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development with a proven track record in system architecture.
- Expert-level proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, or C#).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex, distributed system problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams.
- Experience in an industrial or enterprise software environment is highly preferred.
