Responsibility
- Provide high-standard nursing care to patients in compliance with hospital policies and medical standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress using electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Assist in emergency situations by providing immediate and appropriate medical interventions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (Indonesian or internationally recognized, with eligibility to practice in Indonesia).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (preferably in general nursing, emergency, or surgical care).
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and attention to detail in patient interactions.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer proficiency.
