Responsibility
- Assist ENT specialists during patient consultations, examinations, and minor surgical procedures.
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories with accuracy.
- Educate patients and their families on ENT-related conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring all medical equipment is sterilized and functional.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals efficiently.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe, hygienic clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Association (PPNI).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in ENT, general surgery, or outpatient care.
- Strong knowledge of ENT procedures, medical terminology, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic medical software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and composure.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
