Responsibility
- Provide timely and effective technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network configurations.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office productivity tools.
