Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive time and motion studies on various production processes.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, waste, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent workflow.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors to provide actionable insights based on process analysis.
- Monitor production output and adjust processes to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Prepare detailed reports regarding operational performance and cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen initiatives to improve factory floor productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data modeling and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of time study methodologies, stop-watch techniques, and process mapping.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical data into operational improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse production teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
- Familiarity with 5S, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies is a significant advantage.
