Karlita Emas is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff HSE to join our construction team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining a safe, healthy, and productive work environment by ensuring full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
As our HSE Staff, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will act as the frontline guardian of our site safety, conducting regular inspections, managing risk assessments, and fostering a culture of safety among all project stakeholders. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, highly disciplined, and possesses a strong technical understanding of Kemenaker safety standards.

Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding site safety and health.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and site audits to ensure compliance with Kemenaker regulations.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments for all construction activities and mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead safety briefings and toolbox talks for workers and subcontractors on-site.
- Monitor and enforce the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across the project area.
- Investigate any work-related accidents or near-misses and prepare detailed incident reports with corrective action plans.
- Maintain and organize safety documentation and permit-to-work systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HSE, preferably within the construction industry.
- Must possess a valid K3 Construction certification (Sertifikat / Uji Kompetensi) issued by Kemenaker.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement safety policies and SOPs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence on-site personnel regarding safety culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify potential safety risks.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple safety priorities effectively.
