Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT and infrastructure projects, from project initiation to final deployment and handover.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation models to ensure project milestones are consistently met.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues, providing proactive solutions to keep the project on track.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes high performance and accountability.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to executive leadership regarding project status, risks, and ROI.
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards and company protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in technical project management, preferably in an IT or infrastructure environment.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-budget projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and industry-standard tools like Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in Taguig City.
