Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, parents, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Coordinate and oversee daily sports programs, schedules, and facility bookings.
- Manage administrative tasks, including membership registrations, payments, and record-keeping.
- Assist in organizing sports events, tournaments, and community engagement activities.
- Liaise with coaches, instructors, and external vendors to ensure smooth program execution.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain inventory of sports equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Support marketing initiatives, including promotions, social media updates, and member communications.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or sports operations roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM or booking systems.
- Passion for sports and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotating off days.
- Prior experience in a sports club, gym, or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
