Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, parents, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily sports programs, schedules, and facility bookings.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including membership registrations, payments, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in organizing sports events, tournaments, and community engagement activities.
  • Liaise with coaches, instructors, and external vendors to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain inventory of sports equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and functionality.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including promotions, social media updates, and member communications.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or sports operations roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM or booking systems.
