Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive commercial strategies for the advisor network.
- Facilitate annual and long-term strategic planning activities, aligning team goals with broader corporate objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of advisory programs and commercial initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless strategy execution.
- Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Analyze financial performance and customer insights to continuously optimize advisor productivity and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, commercial strategy, or business development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and presentation software (PowerPoint).
- Experience within the financial services, advisory, or consulting sectors is highly preferred.
