Responsibility
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic innovation projects, from initial ideation to successful market launch.
- Develop robust project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with corporate banking goals and regulatory standards.
- Lead cross-functional squads to break down silos, fostering a culture of high-performance delivery.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to iterate on existing delivery frameworks and product offerings.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across all levels, providing clear reporting on KPIs and strategic progress.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven track record of managing high-impact projects from conception to completion.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
